Valley Rovers Christmas Lotto Draw takes place next Monday, December 22nd with €1000 in cash prizes to be won as follows: 6 prizes of €100 &  8 prizes of €50.  Be sure to purchase your tickets in advance to be in with a chance to win!

Come down to Innishannon Parish hall on Sunday 21st of December from 9:30-12:30 to enjoy your breakfast and support Valley Rovers GAA, Camogie and Ladies football clubs.

The Innishannon Christmas Market is on this Sunday, December 7th from 11am until 4pm.

Entry is free. There will be lots of stalls, baking and raffle prizes! Something for everyone – enjoy!

 

Last Valley Rovers held  a very successful AGM. Outgoing chairperson John O’Donovan welcomed the large crowd to the meeting and following the Chairman’s address the meeting went through the Secretary and Treasures reports. Both were complimented on their detailed reports. If any member would like a copy please email secretary.valleyrovers.cork@gaa.ie. The Meeting then proceeded to the election of officers for 2026 and it was great to see all positions filled. The club also introduced a new officer position of Sustainability Officer.  The full list of officer elected for 2026 are as follows

In addition the Club also appointed a new Vice president in Mary Crowley. This appointment is thoroughly deserved and is in recognition of years of unselfish dedication to the club.

Finally the meeting concluded after incoming Chairperson John Lynch said a few words thanking the club for electing him. Thanking outgoing Chairperson John O’Donovan for 3 years of hard work. He also hoped to see more people to come forward and contribute to the growing club that we have. Many hands make light work!
